Founder & Visionary
Dr. NaKaisha Tolbert-Banks founded Belonging as Black Women in 2022.
Expertise & Experience
She holds a Doctorate in Social Work focusing on Black women's experiences, complemented by 20+ years in leadership development and mentorship.
